Policies

Registration
All seminar attendees are required to register 7 days before date of seminar to guarantee seating. We will phone, fax, or e-mail a detailed confirmation upon registration. Bring your confirmation with you to the seminar so we may verify your attendance.

Your registration must be paid in full before you attend a seminar. Payment is on time if received in our offices 7 days before the scheduled seminar.

Late Registration / Walk-ins
Seating is limited for all of our seminars. We accept walk-ins the day of registration, if 1) we have room in the seminar and 2) we have not cancelled or rescheduled the seminar.

If you are registering less than 5 days before the seminar, please contact our registrar voicemail at 586-718-2571 or e-mail: info@beblessedcareerconsulting.com  to ensure that the date has not changed and that we have space available to accommodate you.

Group Discount
We offer a group discount for all seminars. When 10 people from the same organization register and pay at the same time for the same seminar held the same date, the 11th person is free. When 20 people from the same organization register and pay together, the 11th and 20th person are free.

Wait List
If there isn't space available when you register, we will place you on a wait list, and your deposit holds your space there. As long as you remain on the wait list, we assume you still want to participate if a space becomes available for the same seminar. We will automatically move you to the next (same titled) seminar when an opening occurs. We will notify you via phone or e-mail once the seminar date, time, and location has been set.

If you choose not to wait for the next seminar and want to attend a personalized 2-hour consultation session, call 586-718-2571 to schedule your appointment. You will need to pay an additional $20.00 for your consultation session since seminars cost $40.00 and personalized consultation session cost $60.00.

Cancellations, Transfers, and Substitutes
If you cancel or transfer within 10 business days of the seminar start date, you are responsible for the entire registration fee. You are able to send a substitute to the seminar if you are unable to attend. Substitutions will be accepted up until three days before the scheduled program. Please send us the name of the substitute in writing via e-mail at info@beblessedcareerconsulting.com aol.com or FAX at 734-942-9949.

Refunds
No refunds are given to no-shows. "Be Blessed" Career Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel any seminar in the event of insufficient registrations. If a seminar is canceled or postponed, the participants will be notified 5 days prior to the seminar scheduled date and may reschedule for a future seminar, consultation, or receive a full refund.

Video / Cassette Tape Return Policy
"Be Blessed" Career Consulting Inc. stands behind the product that we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your tape purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. We recommend that packages be sent to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages. Make sure to call us at 586-718-2571 or  e-mail  info@beblessedcareerconsulting.com  with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping cost. No refunds after 15 days.

The following terms must be met by you:
. Return the tape merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.
. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
. You must include all packaging materials.
. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
. You must pay and return shipping expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 15 days of original delivery, we will issue a credit to your account. You may elect to receive a $25.00 credit towards your next seminar or receive a full refund.

No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition.
